CMS4Schools
CMS4Schools is a Web site Content Management System (CMS) that allows districts to fully maintain their district and school Web sites with absolute ease. With our exclusive Faculty Pages, teachers can easily publish Web pages containing class notes, assignments, photographs, calendars and more. The main administrative tools will enable your webmasters and clerical staff to work together to keep your site accurate and up-to-date. Calendar4Schools
Calendar4Schools will allow district personnel to maintain all their calendars from one centralized system. This calendar will integrate directly with CMS4Schools or provide calendars that can be used on a district’s Web site (if you are not using CMS4Schools). When adding events to the calendar, district personnel can check out facilities and resources. Individuals outside of the district will be able to view facility calendars and request the use of a facility right from the district’s site. The reports for maintenance staff is a key feature. Finally, one comprehensive database for all of your calendar and facility needs.

Fitness4Schools
Fitness4Schools is a web-based application that tracks and monitors student physical fitness assessments throughout the school year for both physical education and health courses. Teachers enter assessment results in one district-wide database of students to measure achievement as a student progresses through their grade levels. To make reporting easier, Fitness4Schools also allows the assessments required by Carol M. White Physical Education Program award winners.

SEEDS4Schools
The Special Education Electronic Data System (SEEDS4Schools) is a robust web-based application. Its purpose is to support the generation of forms and collection of information required in the IEP and related processes, as well as create customized reports, School Based Services reimbursement, and school district billing.

WebOffice4Schools
Coming Soon...WebOffice4Schools will be a key ingredient as districts work to go paperless. It will allow you to organize all your resources in one-centralized, online database. These resources can be uploaded files, links to Web sites, internally built pages or online fillable forms with approval routing. A powerful search utility and a favorites tool will allow staff members to find resources immediately. Best of all, staff will always be accessing the most up-to-date version of each resource.

Each of the 4Schools products will be connected allowing for one database of teachers, classes, students, etc. District staff will be able to log into one of these applications and move seamlessly from one application to another. In addition, all the 4Schools products will integrate directly with CMS4Schools (www.cms4schools.com). If there is data or information in any of the 4Schools products that should be available to parents and/or the general public, CMS4Schools is the vehicle that makes it simple to display this content.
