General technology support is a mix of service provided by available and appropriate staff.
Some of the services provided:
- Desktop/laptop acquisition, configuration and repair
- Software/Hardware acquisition and installation
- Server maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrading
- Network administration: onsite and remote
- Helpdesk and user support
- One-on-one or group skills training
Other services provided to districts:
- Website development and upgrades
- Online surveys and data gathering
- Programming and user application development
- Online curriculum software for at-risk/alternative education programs
- Training and in-servicing for professional and support staff
- Development of online and video-based distance education
- Alignment of Information and Technology Literacy Standards (ITLS) to Wisconsin Academic Standards and NCLB
