Hotel Rooms can be reserved in advance for:

  • $119 per night for single or double occupancy for Saturday, October 6, 2012;
  • $70 per night for single or double occupancy for Sunday, October 7, 2012;
  • $70 per night for single or double occupancy for Monday, October 8, 2012.

 

Be sure to mention the group rate # 297828 for the Wisconsin STEM Conference room block when making your reservation. 

For attendees who are state employee please provide you exemption certtificate number to have the sales tax and resort fees waived.

Flight Travel Arrangements

Depending on your flight arrangements:

  • Madison's Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) is approximately 50 minutes from the resort;
  • Milwaukee's General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes from the resort;
  • Charter flights may have access to Baraboo-Wisconsin Dells Municipal Airport located 7 minutes south of the resort.
