Monthly Meetings
Monthly meetings are held on the second Mondays (in the afternoon). A group of individuals review issues about the project and how the various schools are progressing or whether they are having problems and are those problems hindering their progress. Meetings generally last 1-1/2 hours and follow a pre-set agenda generated (in part) from suggestions received by districts.

User Surveys
Annually each teacher, secretary, Pupil Services personnel, administrator and therapist in all schools that utilizes the SEEDS® program completes an electronic survey. This survey asks them a number of questions regarding how they view the effectiveness of the SEEDS® program. Results of the survey are shared with partner schools for program improvement and modification as well as accountability. The intent of the SEEDS® project has always been to serve our teachers and staff as well as effectively saving the special education data and IEP forms. The survey insures that effort is maintained in focus.

Project Management Database
SEEDS® programmers act on program improvement initiatives, modifications, and revisions from a Project Management Database structure. Professionals using the SEEDS® program regularly e-mail CESA 6 with suggestions for innovations or changes. Those changes or innovations are collected and added to the Project Management Database. All suggestions are reviewed at the monthly meetings and the group prioritizes them for program attention.
