“The Leadership Journey: Developing a Culture of Leaders” is a four (4) session leadership development opportunity being presented by the CESA 6 Leadership Center. This program will provide each participant with an opportunity to enhance his/her leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities; to obtain an understanding of his/her personal leadership philosophy and style, as well as identifying how he/she can move toward the formulation of an organization of leaders; to discuss timely and relevant leadership issues with colleagues; and to obtain insights regarding effective leadership from leaders in the fields of business, industry, government, and higher education. This program is truly an opportunity for each participant to improve his/her ability and effectiveness as an educational leader. This leadership development program is open to all educators who seek to improve their effectiveness as an educational leader. New administrators, educators being groomed for future administrative roles, or teacher leaders who may be new to leadership roles are especially encouraged to participate in this program.

Each of the four sessions will run from 8:45 to 11:45 am.  Location: TBD
