Statewide Title I Network Needs Assessment

Rationale of Title IA Consortium (Quality Program Support)
The Title I Consortium provides services in response to local district’s needs in fulfilling Title I requirements. The Title I Consortium facilitates planning, operation, and coordination of the programs as per contractual agreement.

The Service Center provides member districts with information regarding state and federal mandates and provides the opportunity to exchange information and ideas among district(s) and state.

Through this cooperative effort, many local districts are providing quality educational programs for disadvantaged children.
