The Vocational Education Enrollment Reporting System (VEERS) is an important aspect of the Carl Perkins Act of 1998 as it collects enrollment information at the 11th, 12th and 13th grade levels on those secondary districts receiving Carl Perkins funds or participating in the Carl Perkins Basic Grant projects.
