Wisconsin wants good, affordable schools for all children. CESAs make it possible.

Our name is long – Cooperative Educational Service Agency 6. What we do is very simple. CESA 6 makes it possible for schools, regardless of size, to work together to share staff, save money, and extend educational opportunities to all corners of our region and to all children.

As a regional service agency we serve 42 public school districts in Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Outagamie, Washington, Waupaca, Waushara, and Winnebago counties. We are a cooperative and are governed by an eleven-member Board of Control representing the public school districts in our region.

CESA 6 leads by providing quality and equitable products and services to our community of learners through innovation, collaboration, communication, partnership and service. Our vision is to be the educational catalyst for an ever-changing world.

Cooperative Educational Service Agency 6 is one of twelve regional service agencies created by the Wisconsin Legislature and are "designed to serve educational needs in all areas of Wisconsin by serving as a link both between school districts and between school districts and the state. Cooperative educational service agencies may provide leadership, coordination and education services to school districts, University of Wisconsin System institutions and technical colleges. Cooperative educational service agencies may facilitate communication and cooperation among all public and private schools, agencies and organizations that provide services to pupils."
